Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino

Big, clean room - easy access in from the front door. Our room was quiet and had no issues with the bustle of the casino below. Overall folks were kind and seemed to be having fun. No regrets picking this spot. Our window had a great view of the Niagara Falls area - we could see the mist rising from the falls.

The first thing that hits you entering the casino is the blast of cigarette smell from the adjacent 'smoking-allowed' casino wing that's right near the entrance. Fortunately the smell does not get worse from there; not detectable from me outside of the lobby.

Our corner room was on the 22nd floor with great view. Clean and spacious, had everything you may need.

Loved the location , loved the staff

The rooms were not very clean , beds very uncomfortable, hall ways in the hotel smelt very musty.

Schöne grosse Zimmer, unbedingt in oberen Etagen mit Blick zu den Niagarafällen buchen. Sehr sauber.

Der Empfang ist unterbesetzt. Das Restaurant KOI (Asian) ist leider nicht zu empfehlen. Wir frühstückten im Restaurant 3 Sisters; das Buffet ist keine Erwähnung wert.

Smell of cigarette smoke in areas of the hotel which were non smoking. Room was not serviced for the three nights we stayed.
