Bathtub very dingy looking

rooms got cleaned and new towels brought 2 out of the 9 days we stayed. had to go up to get our own toilet paper and towels ect. the pool/spa was only open on the last day and a half of our trip. the location was the only nice part of the hotel. i wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you are only staying for 1 night or just passing by.

Lovely place! I actually was late to check in and called ahead to make sure it was okay and they stayed open for me so sweet! The breakfast options were great! Cereal, toast, juice, milk, waffles ( such good waffles), oatmeal! Also I saw some complaints in other reviews and didn’t agree with any of them. The room was fantastic, and the pool was closed BUT it clearly states in the listing that It would be closed for maintenance for the dates that people were complaining it was closed. So they did make it known it would be closed. Communication was great! I also had a jeep full of stuff as I’m moving and parked right in front of the room so I could keep an eye on it and it was great!

The front desk staff is always so nice! This is a good spot to stay if you want an affordable place to sleep at night. I am out all day anyway so just needed a convenient room to stay at night.

The room was really dirty

We stayed at the Kanab Rodeway Inn on our way up to Idaho and again on the way back. Price was good & was comfortable. Nothing fancy but great place to stay while traveling. Beautiful view!

Staff was nice but the whole pool closure situation was a joke. You expect us to see a sign that the pool is closed that is taped to

Bed was comfortable, sink faucet, shower drain, missing light bulb, broken toilet seat connectors. With a little bit of maintenance this could be a nice place. We were really disappointed that the pool was not working, which is one of the reasons for staying here.

I’ve stayed at budget hotels all over the world and unfortunately this was the worst stay I’ve ever endured. We were in town to volunteer for the week and after coming home from our third day of volunteering and finding our shower drain on the floor we pleaded with management to let us check out at 3p and receive two nights refund. They agreed to let us check out in the morning and receive one night refund. After unpacking we noticed that the shower curtain was heavily stained, we only had 2 towels, the fridge didn’t work, the toilet seat wasn’t secure and the safe was not operating. We were told they didn’t have anymore shower curtains and only allotted 2 towels per room per day. I was able to fix the fridge and they did find a new shower curtain. Throughout our stay we had to swap out towels, ask for coffee refills, clean the pool and ask for the shower drain to be fixed. This hotel is so close but they need to hire professional house keeping, have a pool cleaning schedule, and have someone detailed oriented come in to fix items. I won’t even start with how management treated us for asking for simple amenities and fixes.
