Check in was quick and easy and staff was very friendly. Room was quiet. Stay was cheap and just what we needed!

This property is in terrible condition. The shower head was covered in a layer of yellow, the shower floor had a nice coating of black, the toilet had a significant black ring and streaks in the bowl, all indicating that regular cleaning is not being completed. The pillows were nothing short of terrifying. Pillow cases stained with an even black coating and pillows so yellow you would think they have been around since the 50s. The entire hotel room was covered in a coating of dust, stains, and debris, whether it was the bedding, chairs, or counter. Not to mention the sink barely drained, the room smelled like mildew, and the fridge was missing from our room.
We checked out the same afternoon we check in. I would not recommend to anyone.
For the price you cannot beat it. It has a nice swimming pool and hot tub. It appeared well maintained except for the pool furniture. All chairs were torn posing a potential safety issue. They should be removed and replaced. Free breakfast consisted of waffles,, cold cereal and typical breakfast drinks. The bed was comfortable and the room adequate. I could have gone down the street to a more expensive hotel paying 3 times as much and slept no more comfortably. I would stay here again.
Air conditioner was noisy. Toilet was too low. Just seemed a bit run-down. Breakfast was minimal (and for us food-snobs, inedible).
The rooms needed a good cleaning. Smoke alarm was disabled. The small refrigerator didn't cool. Normally I wouldn't be too concerned but my travel companion had a medication that had to be refrigerated. After contacting the front desk twice they brought in another frig. This one was too cold and everything froze. We had to contact her pharmacy for a replacement. So all in all the motel needs some work!

I would not stay here again. Very dirty and out dated.
