We had a GREAT experience here during our stay, and the price was VERY reasonable, especially for Kanab during the summer, yes it is an older hotel so OF COURSE wear & tear is expected, the staff were VERY accommodating and kind, the place was clean and the beds comfy for a solid sleep, THANK YOU for a wonderful stay!! We most definitely will rebook when back in Kanab, thank you!!
Exceptional value for the price! Large rooms. Quiet. Very kind staff. Standard continental breakfast available. Very clean. Beautiful setting. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Extended my stay because I was so pleased with the service and value.

Athough this hotel is older it was definitely in good condition for the price of the room rates. The pool was in great condition and the property & room was clean. They don’t charge for full service breakfast, So waffles, oatmeal and toast were just fine for us.
Pretty bummed to pay money for a room. Walk into the bathroom without toilet paper.
Room was ok but tired and needed updating. Same for surrounding area, very scruffy and looks like nothing had been painted for years. Worse problem was being told at check in the pool was closed and it was 100f outside. Next day still wasn’t sorted and they didn’t seem bothered. Came back from trip to Grand Canyon at 4 pm to find room hadn’t been cleaned. Total lack of interest
This motel is run down. I can’t speak to every room but ours had unidentified marks smeared along the walls. The furniture was shabby. The shower head sprayed water while it was on; soaking the entire bathroom. The pool was broken. The washer and dryer was located outside along a breezeway. The breakfast was limited to cereal, packet oatmeal and a waffle maker.

The Kanab Rodeway is old (50’s) style motel property that looks like what it is on the outside. Tight parking. But it is well maintained and extra clean. This is an excellent choice for those who are comfortable with trading amenities for a really good price. I will return.
