"Beautiful and comfortable hotel"

This was our first time at the hotel for our annual shopping trip. When we arrived, we all complemented in how clean and how nice the receptionists were at the front desk. Our rooms were wonderful and beds were very comfortable. The only negative we had was when we had our breakfast. Some of us had the buffet and others ordered off the menu. The waitress Rhiannon was awful. She took our drink order and we received our meals before our drinks and we still didn’t receive them. We asked her again and she told us, “ you can go up and get your own.” Not very happy with her, and kept saying they were coming… we ended up telling her we got our own. Funny thing was there was no one else eating breakfast besides the six of us so not sure how busy she could have been. Thank you for the comfortable stay. See you next year!
