The Valet Team at the Hilton Downtown Richmond were all fantastic! The went out of their way to help my elderly parents and everyone arriving and departing. They truly were the best part of the Hilton experience. Parker Mink and all of the young men were exceptional!

Mark "the bellman on Sunday AM shift" - Extremely helpful and friendly, even at the tail end of a long shift. He would greet our attendees and walk them to our space personally, not just point and forget them. He created connections with them in that short walk and put them in a good mood when they reached us for registration. This is unique and unmeasurable. People come in drained and tired from traveling and he sent them off with a smile on their faces. Rating for the hotel is a 4, as they have some HVAX issues and the Front desk staff need training, but Mark the bellman gets a 5!
