"Never come here"

Worst service ever! The front counter lady was no help at all! Not only did she not make an effort to help us solve our problem, but we somehow ended up with EXTRA FEES because of it!! We were given a room that could supposedly fit 5 people, but the pull out couch was so small it could hardly fit a child. And to top everything off, they didn’t even have a complimentary breakfast! I could go to the red roof down the road and get a everything I needed AND better service for $100 cheaper!

The breakfast was included in my cost of 333 but now that I see a posting on my account for $380 (which was not on my receipt) not so sure that breakfast was included with my cost. Not sure what it was but from the original 333.76 I'm paying $46.24 more than what my reservation was booked for. Not okay to twist things, with your customers and then turn around and add more. Breakfast wasn't even that good anyways sausage was over cooked, Waffles was actually French toast and they were a little hard on the crust, coffee wasn't that good, and I think the eggs were artificial.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom.

Late Check in and early check out times. Overall room too small. Fridge too small. Small wastebaskets. Ice machine too far away. Our room was way in the back of the building. Thought check out was at noon. Someone kept banging on our door at 11:15am. Card deactivated at 11am before we went to front desk could not get back into the building from the door closest to our room when we were trying to put items in our car at 11:30am.

I cane in late that evening and the very friendly young lady at the desk gave me a late check out for 1pm. That was perfect! I was exhausted and needed sleep.Thank you!!

This was a great stay for my wife and I as we helped move our son out of his dorm at Purdue. The location was ideal. The location was quiet and secure and the staff was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel for families of Purdue students.

Location, rooms were nice and comfortable

Pool was small and aged looking. I felt price was jacked up due to being college graduation weekend that I wasn't there for. Would be nice to have a to go breakfast option for people who have to leave earlier than the breakfast hours when it is supposed to be included in the price
