Not much. Cleanliness was good. Return shuttle driver back to the airport was really great.

Booked and advised a very late arrival time of 1am the next morning. We messaged asking if the shuttle was still running at this time. Got no response or communication from the property at all. Had to get an uber there. We were tired and on arrival, they couldn't initially find our booking. Then she blamed it on booking.com as the problem finding it. Then we were told the only room of the type we had booked was on the 4th floor, and the elevators were out. We had just flown for 22 hours and had to carry all our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. My husband is in his 70s. There was no-one to help us. On arrival into the room, some of the lights didn't work, there was no night stand or lamp on one side of the bed. Couldn't get the air con to shut off and the room was freezing. We were not happy. Being so tired didn't help. She offered to move us into another room on the 4th floor, but is was no different, so we collapsed into bed. Disillusioned. As we slept most of the next day, we missed breakfast. Went downstairs looking for coffee, but things were locked up in the breakfast area, and they "couldn't" help us. Breakfast the next day was meagre. Options were not great, just heated up tired looking sandwiches, oats, and loads of sugary rubbish. Toast and bagels .Again disaapointing. Wouldn't recomend at all. Much better options for the money paid.

Convenient location to the airport. Helpful and friendly staff. Quiet room. Clean.

Had to park at the end of the building, but it wasn’t a long walk.
