"reprimand to night receptionist working on 10/17/2025 -"

Checked out before breakfast opened

Night receptionist did NOTHING to control the noise in the lobby (10/17/2025) My family's room (116) was close to the lobby. we experienced very loud shouting from 11PM to 1AM- sounded like drunken party. When my daughter called the front desk, the receptionists response was "we need to get quiet" making us feel she was part of the disturbance. The noise did not stop until we physically opened our room door to indicate our complaint. The receptionist who checked us in that morning was wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. Kudos to that employee!

"No air all night! "

We got in late. We went to our room and it had a stale smell like the room hadn’t been opened in a while. It was also REALLY hot (80) in our room. I just figured it was because the air was off as no one had been in it. We turned it down thinking it would cool down. We all went to sleep and thankfully I have a little travel fan! It NEVER got below 80. We slept horribly. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk. They apologized half heartedly and offered me points. 🙄 Also the carpet in the breakfast common area was filled with stains. It was gross.
