"Excellent hotel - no lobby coffee and late breakfast only"

Excellent hotel in a convenient location to the beach. Plenty of parking. Clean, quiet well-equipped room. Refrigerator had a freezer section.

Breakfast wasn't served until 7:00 a.m. so I missed out on that paid-for perk. No coffee in the lobby outside of breakfast hours - again, I missed out.

"Great choice for the beach!"

I’ve been staying here for years as my best friend lives close by. Jay has been a constant presence and is always calm, cool and collected. You couldn’t ask for a better person to be on the front desk. Jay gets 10 stars. Every. Single. Time. I’d typically give this location 5 stars for location, parking, Jay (of course!) and food options close by. But housekeeping decided to bang on my door at 9:45am (check out is 11am) and then attempted TWICE to open my door with the security latch in place. Unacceptable, inappropriate and frustrating when you are still sleeping. I’d stay here again, and hope that housekeeping is retrained for situations like this.
