Hilton Garden Inn Palm Coast Town Center

Front desk staff at check in and out were excellent. Took time to explain the fact that although we used the Hilton website, next time add the state and the booking will afford me points vs stay credit. Great walking path.

Having to pay for meals. Disappointed that our booking showed complimentary breakfast but we paid $80+ with little options to change it..i.e egg white vs yolk. There needs to be some notification on the site that alerts the consumer that the booking is third party. Very disappointed that I did not get points for this stay.

Excellent staff, clean facilities and perfect location.

The room was huge; too much wasted space. Living area could easily hold conference table, yet not even a small bistro table was present. Shower is exquisite, but needs a safety bar.

So we waited until 4:30 for the pokaj. I had breakfast included. And at the end I was counted some other price plus bruises?? Very nice staff but they can't count and I'll definitely try to straighten it up

There was a partially covered large outdoor smoking area with comfortable seating and tables next to the bar area. This might not sound like a big deal, but at many US hotels, the smoking area might be a dirty overflowing ashtray next to a dumpster or a single folding chair across the parking lot or an invitation to simply stand in the parking lot. It was nice to feel welcome. The rooms were large, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was freshly prepared and well made.

No espresso available, although we could get one next door at Panera.

Room layout was great. Clean and ready when we arrived. Having coffee stations in the morning is awesome.

Floors were a little dusty/dirty.
