It was clean. The staff were extremely friendly.

At checkout, the front desk staff member stated that she was the acting manager when she believed I had a complaint. Once she realized that I was actually complimenting the front desk staff from the previous evening, she then stated that she was not the manager.

Beautiful facility. Nice and clean. Room was great. Only negative was the loudness from other room doors being shut.

Easy checkin and priced well

Receptionist and dining were not knowledgeable about "breakfast included package" and denied my family a paid breakfast until I showed them my booking with breakfast included paid.

We did not travel with a pet and told the front desk upon check-in when they asked. They said they would update the room. We were still charged. I contacted the hotel directly and Lisa the main manager refused to issue a refund. She also refused to speak to me on the phone.

We had my daughter’s baby shower last week and I could not be more pleased with every aspect of our event ! The staff was great and the food & decor fabulous . I must give a shout out to both Haylee and Paula for all they did to make this day perfect for us ! Haylee’s attention to detail was impeccable, both her and Paula were on top of everything from start to finish. I will recommend this location to others moving forward. Thank you Hilton! Denise A.
