"Hot water issues for 2 out of 4days of our stay."

No hot water, anytime during our stay! Would not reimburse our money if we left before our reservation due to their inconvenience of not having hot water for bath or shower, didn’t matter what time of day it was.

"Disappointing"

They need to fumigate there's a lot of roaches crawling by the bed . We always stay in the weekend and barely last weekend we started getting rooms with roaches by the beds🥺 it was my favorite hotel but I feel the ladies who clean don't clean as they are supposed too .
