No ice

Roaches were everywhere, in the bed, all over the bathroom, also got into our personal stuff. We didn’t even stay the whole stay as soon as one of us felt one crawl on their face we left and they don’t do refunds.

Good location

Hotel is dirty. Roach crawled on me while I was sleeping. Roaches in the hallway. Mold in the bathroom

It’s pretty good for the price point. Beds are very comfortable and the room overall looked and smelled clean.

It’s what you’d expect from the price

I first got there to the reception very rude and disrespectful then she give me a room number and I went inside the room and they had a lot of cockroaches so I had to call her to give me a room, but the other room was the same

It was terrible. I got 2 joint rooms, one with 2 queen size beds and one with 1 king size bed non smoking. Bedding had burnt holes, king size bed had a dent in the middle messed up my back. Had no toilet paper rolls, ever so often it smelled like sewer and I paid for 4 adults including breakfast and one hour to go there was no breakfast at all. Tried using the phone to call front office and there’s no line at all. Asked to speak to a manager and no one on site. High priced rooms with terrible everything. Only good thing was the location.
