Quality Inn Laredo - Nuevo Laredo

Cockaroaches everywhere. We left the room the next day sp they could spray and do housekeeping. No one ever came to clean the room. We left for 4 hours. Ridiculous.

I had a baby with me. The floor was covered with roaches. They came and sprayed a strong spray and you could see it on the floor. They said house keeping never got to our room. We should have been priority with having a baby. Never again.

Close to everything south loredo. Girls in front desk were nice and helpful. Good place to stay for price

As soon as I was going to check in the front desk informed me that there was no hot water running the hotel. I was bit upset but i was not going to another hotel cause it was more convenient for me and my family to stay. Possibly the next it would work. We left for dinner there were roaches in the rest room and in the room. This was a first for us to encounter. The next day took a shower no hot water. At least they informed us and the beds were comfortable temp was good but could have been a better experience not sure if ill stay there again.

Nice clean room.

Did not stay at the hotel after all, asked for a refund and was not given one. Roaches were all over the room, infested in the restroom couldn’t even walk without there being a roach or dirty.

There breakfast is amazing
