Quality Inn Laredo - Nuevo Laredo

Needs to be uodates especially since ownership has changed. Had a disability bathroom with slick shoeer floor NO HANDRAILS and no where to put shower toiletries in shower itself

Immediate hot water. Good parking. Breakfast clean

Al.llegar a la habitacion nos toco la misma de hace 15 dias que fuimos. Al llegar nos percatamos que habia unos pañales que se nos habias quedado abajo de la cama , eso quiere decir que por lo menos tenian 15 dias sin barrer y trapear bien toda la habitación, dejando mucho que desear su limpieza, obviamente fui a la recepción a que me dieran una solución y fue cambiarnos de habitacion sin decir nada acerca de la limpieza, y aprte la recepcionista con muy mala cara para hacerlo , coml si le estuviera pidiendo un favor

The waffles, not many options to choose from

ceiling needs be fix. Texture was missing after water leak , silicone in bathroom is bad, a/c doesn’t cold, parking lot light was flashing all night and curtains don’t block the light, refrigerator and microwave out of the cabinet and taking place from the desk.

It was convenient for us to we came to Laredo to visit our families that live around that area . Room was super clean. AC. Work good.There's a lot of stores around. Pretty nice hotel for that price.
