Pricing. Right off hwy 83. The way I arrive to laredo. Close yo to Walmart. Can get downtown fairly quickly

the sleeping area. beds comfy. several usb’s and outlets near the beds. clean. a/c worked as expected

key to room wouldnt work. wouldnt work on side door on a very rough rainy night. had to go to front desk more than 3 times to get help to open doir to room.,towels were stained. handicapped shower water went all over floor. stained. not very clean

"Great Hotel to stay "

This hotels is convenient for me.Because all my family live on the south side of Laredo and i get vist all my family and don't have to drive far . Rooms are real clean and A/C always work good also the beds super comfortable compare to. Other high price hotels like embassy i stayed before and they dont do nothing about it.

"The staff was not mean, but not very welcoming"

Clean , but it did smell like if the had sprayed the floor for bugs. Which is good, but it smelled only in the hall way, not in the room.

"Roach Motel"

Hotel hallway smelled like marijuana, roaches in the bathroom/sink area, ceiling had huge water stains in different areas. Towels were stained.
