The staff can at least pretend to be happy about having a job if not happy about being in the service industry!!!

建築的內外風格都很特別，非常喜歡大廳，員工超有善、有耐心，風景超級漂亮! 餐廳的魚料理很好吃~房間有小陽台，床很好睡，房間氣氛也很舒服~

一進房間馬桶靠牆一側地上都是尿漬....跟櫃檯反應後馬上請人來清潔，不過還是有，清潔方面完全不符合價格 去飯店的路上山路非常多彎道

Easy and enjoyable stay, the restaurant on property was delicious and the coffee they offered in the morning was excellent!!

Front desk was not welcoming and cold. One of restaurant waitress was unfriendly.

The setting is gorgeous. Rooms looking straight over the water. Peaceful, quiet. Halfway between Jenner and Sea Ranch, less than 30 min to Sea Ranch. Early morning coffee and muffins along with evening cookies are a treat. However the restaurant food could be a little improved. Portions are small for the price — for instance, a mezze platter consisted of about 3 Tbsp of hummus and 2 Tbsp of very small accompaniments, 1 (tasty) pita torn up and 2 long crackers for $32. Similar small sizes across other items.

Room could be cleaner and some staff seemed stressed

We weren’t able to enjoy the food as it was closed for a private event. Had I known this beforehand, I wouldn’t have booked for that day. It felt like a wasted experience — I drove three hours to stay there and didn’t get the full visit we had planned. Bed was comfortable.
