Great location and Colaba harbor views from the balcony and windows! Boutique hotel with good customer service.

Good hotel but can do better with their bedding and towels. They are in very but conditions and should all be renewed. IThe bayview restaurant serves tasty food and the price is correct.

The location is great but the bed sheets, pillowcases and towels are terrible. They are not even worth a 1 star. They need to do something about that.

Terrible bedsheets and towel. Avoid room near reception. Noisy in the morning. Smell smoke in common area sometimes. Good location and polite staff.

It is a nice boutique hotel

location, pricing, staff, cleanliness was great. walking distance from gateway of india despite corona restrictions the rooftop restaurant staff was doing best to help us be comfortable. the hotel is not really non-smoking, also waterbottles daily should be available.

It was amazing with very clean room.
