Four Points by Sheraton Victoria Gateway

I liked how clean the place way. The gym has a good amount of equipment for you morning workout.

The pool needs to be warmer. The restaurant on site has a small menu and the food was not worth the price.

The inside level in the rooms is incredible, there is ext sound proofing from the neighbourhood Costco that has forklift truck and workers all night long beeping and honking I was told we cannot help with exterior noise, umm yes you can by being proactive and sound proofing or deadmatting the affected areas. Then they said they are a pet friendly hotel which I do not mind but if a pet is not behaving and barking all night it needs to be dealt with instead of being told sorry we are a pet friendly hotel. I am deserving of rest also we paid for them same as that guest with the pets. We stayed here for a hockey tournament and due to the noise my son was unable to rest and it affected his gameplay. Any sports teams coming into town for a tournamnent should be warned this hotel is not sleep friendly. I still am awaiting a reply from the manager as I was told they would contact me but never have yet In terms of getting a refund for my stay. Also view the pics for the cleanliness for what you are paying for, moldy showers and sinks, you can see that and who knows what else is hidden since this is in plain view.

Location. Clean. Spacious room.

Creaky bed that feels like it’s going to break. Overly soft and uneven mattress. Someone tried to get into my room at 1130pm because they’d been given the wrong room number. Multiple young people being loud and using profanity in the elevator and hallway at all hours.

Nice place, clean and tidy. Easy, would stay again. It’s in a little industrial bit, far enough out but parking easy. So would need car, but nothing wow, but a nice easy place to get some rest. Balcony was a nice size,nothing to look at, but good.

It has a great restaurant onsite that also provides a great free hot buffet breakfast. It is close to others nearby as well as shops. Easy to get to the highway and very clean. Bed were comfortable and pillows were great. Found the lobby and elevator too scented, which was a little overpowering, but other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you for great service and a great sleep.

Room was good, bathroom good, bed great and comfy. Would have liked a better desk area to be able to work on my computer,
