The rom was clean and comfortable. The front desk check in staff were lovely to deal with. After having two dinners in the attached dining room I would opt to go elsewhere. The service was okay and the food was only mediocre.

Our suite had an adjoining room door. Two nights of our stay, the people were very noisy and inconsiderate. One morning seemed like they were having a FaceTime call at 5 am! The next morning we’re were awakened at 6 am by crying kids. Our suggestion is to make the rooms more soundproof.

Rooms were great. Just a note there was 3 staying in a suite, so should have cutlery and cups for 3 not standard 2. Was excellent place to stay.

"Avoid unless you like noise"

2.0

We were given room 104 for our 5 night stay. This is very close to the large echoing lobby and has the ‘rooftop’ bar outside the window. There was a huge amount of noise coming from the bar until it closed. And then we were woken by loud booming voices from the lobby at 5am. They continued until the normal noises of the early risers drowned them out. I asked to be moved to another room but was told we couldn’t do that because they were full. A report would be left for the people after the 3 pm shift change so we could move in the evening. I requested a room as high and as far from noise as possible. It was of no surprise that when we returned that evening, no one was aware of the request. I repeated that we wanted to move because of the noise. We were given room 405 and was assured it was far enough from the elevator. In room 405 you can clearly hear the elevators ping on arrival but that noise was much less than that from the all night operations at the huge COSCO located next door! Beep beep, honk honk all night long. We suffered the noise for the remaining 4 nights because the staff are either unaware of the hotels environment or don’t care. As for the ‘Rooftop’ bar. We ate out there the first evening despite it being quite cold outside. Why in chilly September is the restaurant closed and the only option outside? And it’s a bit of a joke calling it ‘Rooftop’ when it’s actually in the car park! The restaurant is in the basement so it’s on its roof (in the car park) We stayed in 7 different accommodations during our Canada holiday. This was by far the worst despite being one of the most expensive
