"A wonderful relaxing hotel with great facilities"

10.0

Absolutely amazing hotel. We loved our stay here. Super impressed with the constant cleaning and service. Food at the buffet restaurants was lovely and great choice for everyone. Enjoyed the food in both the snack bars. Sauna, steam room and Turkish baths lovely. So many little touches which make it special like the juice bar and the patisserie. The entertainment is phenomenal with the Malmambo being the best. We usually wouldn’t go to all the entertainment but because it was so good we felt we were missing out to not. The bar staff are really attentive-trying to remember your orders. Kids visited the kids club a couple of times and were happy. Rooms were cleaned and refreshed daily. Aqua park the kids loved. I really could go on but we were very happy with our choice of hotel and would recommend to anyone! Tips -We always sat outside for meals and the service was really great and it was a relaxing atmosphere. -On check out you don’t need a room. I had been using the spa and Turkish baths all we so as a final treat we used the Turkish baths to get ready for our final meal before our transfer. This is absolutely no reflection of the hotel but if you are wanting to explore without travelling a bit then this probably isn’t the best location. We did visit Belek a couple of times but this is mainly shopping. This is very easy and 7 Euros in a taxi. You should do this if you want anything as the hotel shops are particularly expensive e.g 35 euros for suncream and a family we spoke to has paid 76 euros for a crocodile lilo.We did get the bus to Antalya which was super cheap 380 TL for a family of 4 (which is laid when leaving the bus). The bus takes you to the bus station in Antalya and easy and then you can get a tram right outside the bus station into Antalya (63p per person-paid by contactless card. We visited the old town for the day. My only negative is that the guy who has the parrot and lizard who comes to help the photographers was so rough and cruel with the lizard (in the way he was picking it up and flinging it around) that we would not support this by buying the photo despite them being lovely. I don’t believe this is part of the hotel but my daughter was particularly upset about it and mentioned reporting it.

"Very Good"

7.0

Susesi is truly an excellent luxury resort offering a fantastic experience for families. The amenities are top-notch, and the idea of rooms connected directly to the pools is both unique and convenient. The variety of food available is outstanding, and the water slides are a big hit with kids and families alike.

However, we faced a serious issue during our summer stay in the Pool Connected Deluxe Suite with four beds. One portion of the room specifically the area closer to the pool does not have proper air conditioning ducts. Despite multiple visits from the hotel’s technical team, the room temperature never dropped below 27°C, making it uncomfortable, especially for children at night. While the resort overall is impressive and enjoyable, this air conditioning issue needs urgent attention. After paying a premium for such a stay, if your kids can’t sleep properly due to high temperatures, it certainly dampens the experience. I would recommend the hotel address this promptly to uphold its otherwise excellent standards.

"Family holiday with grown up children."

10.0

Having golfed with golfing mates in Belek many times over the years, usually in May and having always been perfect, I was apprehensive going in June/July with my wife and two older sons. The Susesi was the family choice after short listing to three hotels and to be fair, it turned out very well in the end, nothing to worry over.! In May it’s all about the golf. Few holiday makers and reasonably quiet. End of June, early July we caught the start of the summer rush and the hotel soon filled up. Having said that, the hotel is large, like most of the hotels in Belek and there’s plenty of space for everyone. However, Thursday, I was informed, is their change over day and for about 24 hours the hotel is at full capacity, maybe even over capacity as finding a table for dinner, in a very large restaurant, became quite a task. The very large pool was overly busy that day and sun loungers were difficult to find. Then Friday, normal service was resumed! Susesi is a hotel I believe, that has looked to provide the perfect five star experience to its guests. Not ‘quite’ perfect and a few operational issues but it’s still obvious that this is a hotel and staff doing all they can to get it right. If we had one issue, it’s was with the offering of just one free a la carte with our seven night stay. There was no criticism of the food in the main buffet restaurant from the family and the choice was excellent and plentiful. However, as a family of four, we were up and down between courses and never felt like we were ‘eating together’. The one evening of our chosen Turkish restaurant was a welcome relaxed change from the bustle of the buffet restaurant. There was the choice to pay for other a la carte restaurants but we considered the cost too much on top of an already expensive holiday. The evening entertainment was actually very good and was very professional. Day time events were again well organised and a lot of effort was put into a very varied programme. There was something for everyone I believe. Pool events catered for all ages and we found ourselves enjoying things we might never have thought of doing.! Over all, a really great holiday had by all the family. We would recommend the Susesi although we may try another of Belek’s superb five star hotels next year. Watch this space.

"Just the best...."

10.0

We visited the Susesi last month as a family of 6 and had the most amazing holiday! On arrival the staff were welcoming and attentive, I was presented with a beautiful bouquet of flowers which really set the tone for the rest of the holiday. We stayed in the Royal Suite and believe me this room did not disappoint! Well worth the extra money and the view was absolutely breath taking. The private pool was a perfect addition and a great size/depth for the kids. As part of the Royal Suite we were allocated our own butler 'Hakan' who I wanted to give a special mention too. From from day one he was absolutely amazing, he went above and beyond for us. He was super professional and attentive to our needs as a family, he made our holiday extra special!! As part of the Royal Suite package we were able to book a chalet either poolside or beachside for no extra charge. These were a perfect base to store belongings (includes safe) and relax. As with the room we had free use of the minibar which was regularly stocked with branded drinks. The food was great and brought to the chalet along with snacks e.g. ice creams/crisps throughout the day. The whole place was spotlessly clean and really well presented throughout. The pools were great and did not feel overcrowded at all. The slides were a huge hit for the kids and all manned by lifeguards. We only ate at the buffet a handful of times, the food was nice with good choices, but as with all buffets could get busy at times. Most nights we ate at the a la carte restaurants which we could not fault, again this was included as part of Royal Suite. We were also able to order food to our room, so often had breakfast brought up to us whilst the kids played in the pool which was bliss! We just couldn't fault this hotel and felt that the Royal Suite package really offered value for money. Thank you Hakan and all at the Susesi for the amazing memories, we can't wait to come back!

"Excellent stay yet again in Belek's best hotel"

10.0

Well what can I say... Second year in a row to Susesi and had a another wonderful family holiday. From the excellent service from Tatiana leading up to check in and staying in the fabulous lake suite this hotel didn't disappoint. The cleanliness throughout the hotel from the rooms to the pool area and restaurants were exceptional. The food and drink choice was excellent from buffet to a la carte always something nice to eat and drink. The service at the bars and restaurants were first class and special mention to Hasan in the restaurants with his kindness and attention to detail for us made it feel special. We recommend friends this year and they overlapped our stay and they also had the great treatment we had so it's clearly a level of satisfaction that the hotel and staff are always happy to provide. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone and would be happy to come back again in the future.

"Honest review"

8.0

We stayed here recently for a week and customer service wasn’t the greatest. There are language barriers at times and quite often errors made. Nevertheless, Seda Ocak the manager of guest relations tried her ultimate hardest to accommodate our problems to the best of her ability. She definitely thrives at what she does. Also, on the last night Halil Subasi in the Italian restaurant was extremely friendly. He ran around for everybody in the restaurant by himself. He even tripped and ripped his shoe but still carried on. There were 4 people working there and only he was the one doing everything. Ersen Yakişkan who works monitoring the lobby bar in the evenings is amazing. He shows commitment in making sure all your drinks arrive as a manager of the staff. If you have a problem with timings he ensures all problems are dealt with immediately. Finally, every single member of the spar treatment is lovely. They are all extremely kind and considerate during your time with them. Outstanding service from them all people mentioned.

"Nice hotel"

10.0

We had a great stay at Susessi Hotel! The overall experience was very good – the facilities were clean, the atmosphere relaxing, and the staff friendly. One thing to keep in mind: if you want to dine at the à la carte restaurants, it’s best to make your reservations as soon as you arrive, since availability can fill up quickly. A special thank you to Poyraz, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. He made a real difference and was always there to assist us whenever we needed anything. His professionalism and friendliness stood out. Would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to visit again!

"Friendly staff"

10.0

We visited this hotel in 2017 then went to a lot of different hotels in belek but decided to go back last minute. We were made very welcome, room was ok but no balcony but they changed for us which was great. We also had problems with the sun beds but Semia took us under her wing and went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable we thank you for that. Maybe sunbed problem could be sorted by leaving a piece of paper for staff to check at the beds with towels on then have a 2 hour or 3 hour check if not back the staff remove the towels and if people come back they deal with the staff not the people who are trying to enjoy their holidays. The food in the all the restaurants was superb but agree with main restaurant far too busy. Drinks were brand and staff were friendly at bars. The pools were only accessible through ladders which you were a bit frightened incase you slipped coming up from the water maybe put in wider steps or better access into pool for older people. We would go back to this hotel as Semia especially made our stay so relaxing hope you see you soon ⭐️
