Susesi Luxury Resort

Lovely hotel with family friendly rooms. The senior suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for us and our two teens. Overall the resort was very clean and the huge pools never felt crowded even at peak times - though do get down early if you want a poolside spot. Overall food was very good, the buffet in particular had a good rotation of themes, helpful staff. This was high season, so if you want a quieter experience go before 7:30pm or after 8:30pm. Lunch at both pool side spots was very good.

From the moment we arrived at Susesi Luxury Resort, we were treated to an experience that exceeded every expectation of a five-star getaway. The resort effortlessly combines elegance, comfort, and world-class service, creating a stay that feels both indulgent and unforgettable. Semina an and Vuslat have treated us so good during our stay.

Pros: The hotel has nice pools and beach front with good Piers. Cons: The food and beverage varieties were a let down. The service in restaurents was not as would be in a 5 star Hotel, undersatffed restaurents, the repetitive taste less food varieties, and poor menue. F&B manager and Executive Chefs are nowhwere to be seen in the restaurents or anywhere arround . The Bain -maries are empty in the middle of meal and nobody cares enough. The Restaurents are crowded at peak hour. If the kids want an ice cream in the first half of the day, it is not available and just a single Ice cream kiosk in the afternoon in this huge territory. The customer care writes down all your greviences and it ends there without any feedbacks or improvements made. There are far more better options avialable within the price range of this Hotel . The Hotel GM and F&B need to work hard and train the staff to bring the services upto the standards.

3 piscine exterioare, 2 interioare, magazine cu tot ce vrei la fața locului, multe restaurante, mâncare diversă la bufet. Ne-a plăcut mult divertismentul din fiecare seară.

Destul de scump pentru ce oferă, la serile tematice nu prea se respecta tema, erau doar 3-4 preparate în temă, restul erau la fel ca de obicei. Personalul de la barurile și restaurantele de afară foarte sictirit, stăteai o grămadă să comanzi ceva, uitau să-ți mai aducă comanda... Per ansamblu, mi se pare că am plătit cam mult pentru ceea ce oferă. Cocktailuri se simt diluate. Am văzut cum a desfăcut sticla in fața mea, deci nu îi bănuiesc de ceva, dar am băut în unele zile și 4-5 cocktailuri la plajă fără să simt nimic (eu care nu prea beau și amețesc de la un pahar).

What can I say? … The hotel and facilities are great, but they are let down massively by poor customer service and poor food. The food may well be geared at Russian and Turks which made up the majority of visitors during our stay, however I’m pretty easy to please and the food was shocking. I say this not as Brit who complains about not having a full English and Chicken Nuggets whilst in Benidorm, but as a well travelled middle aged man who’s been all around the world. In the main restaurant the food didn’t change each day and the quality of both breakfast, dinner and tea in the was awful. Add to this that it was so busy it was like being on a Cruise ship. As a family of 5 we struggled to get a table and had absolutely no help from staff to even try to get one. When we did finally manage to get a table, trying to get them to clean it was even more difficult. If you decide to change to one of the smaller restaurants for dinner serving a smaller selection of different foods, it’s the same issues. Poor customer service, not getting a table, not getting it cleaned and then when the food does arrive, it’s overcooked, dry and tasteless. In summary, don’t waste your money as a Brit by coming here. There are plenty of other places to spend your money - this is not 5 star service.
