We are on holiday with jet 2 at the Susesi resort, we are having the best time, the food has been excellent, we have enjoyed a beach hut for the day which was definitely worth it as it was a touch of luxury 🥰 The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them! The hotel is big but has something to offer for everyone! I would definitely recommend this hotel to families ❤️

It is our second stay in this hotel. Once again we had an excellent stay of 10 days. Starting from the reception Eren and Tolga took care of our smooth accommodation in one of the best rooms of the hotel Delux Superior with pool view. Bushra Ozpinar in the main restaurant provides a great service at dinner and Yilmaz is of great service at breakfasts. We enjoyed the stay and will come back again.

Loved the hotel, this was our second stay there. A special thank you to Eren and Tolga at the reception desk, as well as Furkan for the warm welcome and for ensuring a pleasant stay by providing our family with a great room. Busra Ozpinar and Yilmaz bey at the main restaurant were also incredibly helpful and friendly!

I strongly advise if you are travelling with children, do not stay at this hotel. We booked with Jet2 holidays after making our choice from their "Luxe" collection. The staff were disengaged, bordering on just plain rude at times. The food offering was of poor quality despite being rated 5-star. "The Kids Club" was a pitiful offering with just 1 activity per day. the worst aspect and not mentioned in Jet 2's literature is that this is actually a conference hotel. The second day, approximately 300 delegates arrived, so it felt as far removed from a family holiday destination as could be. Then it became clear why the food served in the buffet restaurant was so poor as it was simply catering for the domestic delegate business and not for the wider travelled visitor. Due to the number of people in the common areas suited it was impossible to determine who was who, and we simply did not feel safe leaving our 9-year-old out of our sight, restricting on our potential enjoyment. So much so we ended up having to get Jet 2 to move us to an alternate hotel. This ended up carving our holiday in 2, as we could not be moved until day 4. Leaving us with only 3 days of genuine relaxation. The rep also confirmed that we weren't the first to leave this feedback and that the same had happened the previous week, resulting in people asking to leave. Also, when we were complaining, there were others waiting to voice their own concerns about the poor levels of service. It has taken 3 months now for Jet2 to address our complaint to be rejected by them. They need to sort out their marketing literature when advertising hotels else it becomes a very expensive mistake, resulting in having to pay £60 for transfer to new hotel, room surcharges to obtain an equivalent of what he had already paid for and for the loss of items "gone missing" from our bedroom in this hotel. We are so grateful for the all the staff in the Arum Barut where we transferred to, who were like night and day to here and demonstrate what genuine service should look like and how you should prioritise the guests. I give them the extra star purely due to the lagoon pool which was the only p[positive aspect of this place
