Really enjoyed the stay the staff were really good, shout out to Mehmet yilmaz who looked after us in the restaurant. Food in the buffet was really good and varied. Booze was good quality plenty of bars with little to no wait time. Room very good.

My wife and I had another great stay at this hotel which was, primarily, to celebrate my wife’s birthday. This was our eighth visit. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming always seeking to help. Staff are attentive and like to engage in conversation. Davut Gun, Hospitality Chief, was excellent ensuring the service we received was of the highest quality . Ibrahim Temizkan was also very helpful and a waiter called Bilal particularly caring. The Guest Relations Team were always on hand to assist with any questions, particularly Semina. The price of using the a la carte restaurants has increased but they are well worth using as the food, service, ambiance and relaxing atmosphere are worth it. The choices on offer around the hotel ensures all tastes are catered for. There are plenty of sun beds available around the pools and on the beach. These areas are kept clean and tidy. Well worth a visit and we look forward to returning next year with our friends.

Pools, beach and food.

I can't say an obvious think which I didn't like it, the hotel is a very good choice for families, we were two boys and some times we felt shy among all those families.

We stayed at Susesi Luxury Resort from July 12th to July 19th, 2025, and it was a wonderful holiday. What made it truly special was the amazing guest relations team, especially Semina and Eda. From the very first day, they looked after us with warmth, kindness, and a smile. But when my father-in-law suddenly became unwell, they showed us just how caring and supportive they really are. They quickly arranged for the hotel doctor to see him, and then an ambulance to the hospital. They organised transport for us to and from the hospital, brought us care packages while we were there, and when we came back, they made sure my father-in-law had room service with plenty of food so he could rest and feel comfortable. What touched us most were the hugs, comfort, and kindness they gave to our family during that difficult time. Those hugs and caring words made us feel safe, supported, and not alone. It is something we will always remember with deep gratitude. They also helped with smaller but important things, like printing forms we needed, and when we thought we might miss our flight, they calmly and kindly helped us look at ways to extend our stay. Semina and Eda are the shining stars of Susesi. Their love, care, and personal touch made us feel like family, and we will never forget what they did for us. The whole guest relations team were fantastic, but these two ladies made our holiday unforgettable in the best way. Outside of the amazing staff, the hotel itself is fantastic: • The different pools are all great, each with their own atmosphere. • Poolside food is excellent, and we never went hungry. • Sunbeds are normally easy to find throughout the day, and there’s even an area with beds you can collect and put down yourself if you prefer. • We didn’t join the aqua classes, but they looked like a lot of fun! • The buffet was amazing and changed daily with so much variety. • We also tried the à la carte restaurants — the Italian, Japanese, and Turkish — and each one was fantastic. Susesi is a beautiful hotel, but it is the people — especially Semina and Eda — who make it truly full of heart. We cannot thank them enough.

Clean and spacious Not overcrowded We would like to especially stand out and thank Murat from waitresses who was absolutely amazing and helped us a lot, he was so quick and so attentive, I don’t how how re remembers all his customers drinks of choice! Very impressive! Not only he was so quick and hard working but also had very friendly outgoing manner! Our stay was highlighted by his performance and we wish he would be rewarded and thought of a promotion as he is definitely a very capable person.

All was very nice

We stayed at Susesi in June and overall had a really good time. The grounds are beautiful, with lots of pools and plenty of space so it never felt crowded. The beach and piers were a highlight – the water depth and entry are great! Rooms are big and comfortable, and I liked that the minibar was topped up every day. Food was generally nice; we especially liked the snack bar with döner, the others not as much. The drinks were also very good quality, mostly bottled brands, which was a big plus. That being said, some areas of the hotel feel a bit tired and not quite up to the “luxury” label. The buffet restaurant can get really hectic at dinner, and service is hit and miss—some staff were brilliant, others just didn’t seem interested. On more than one occasion drinks orders were taken incorrectly, which became a bit frustrating. I also felt like we weren’t given much useful information on arrival, and staff sometimes gave conflicting answers when asked about various things. We left with good memories, though a bit more attention to detail would have made it excellent. Overall, we had a lovely holiday and would recommend Susesi for its pools, beach, and atmosphere, but with fresher upkeep and more attentive service, it could feel truly luxury.

We had a wonderful 10 day holiday recently with our family. On recommendation from our son who had been to the hotel 2 years ago, we chose this hotel for our family holiday. I had emailed the hotel before arrival to request a booking at an a la carte restaurant for our son’s 40th birthday. I was told that this wasn’t possible but when we arrived a table had been booked for us at our chosen restaurant. We had also been upgraded to a pool view room which was perfect and very much appreciated. The hotel and gardens were kept beautiful by the numerous hard working cleaners and gardeners. All the staff were friendly. The food options during the day were great. It was busy but didn’t take long for a table to become available. All the drinks and cocktails were made with care and were delicious especially the iced coffees with whipped cream! The evening buffet was very busy and noisy so you had to pick your time to eat, carefully. The evening entertainment was very good and very professional, we all enjoyed it. Being there for Turkish Day was a great experience. It was lovely to see how proud the Turkish staff were. Just a note to other holidaymakers that the pool is 1.40m deep. There is no shallow end to the pool. Our grandchildren can swim but couldn’t touch the bottom which was tiring. Thank goodness for inflatables and adults to hang on to! We spent time on the beach which was great fun. The sea was warm and there were some big wave. Water shoes might be useful as there is a stony strip on the water’s edge. The rooms were large (especially the bed) and comfortable and the mini bar was restocked daily although we only had the water. The rooms were cleaned well everyday. We were left a few friendly notes from our cleaner and our towels were left designed on the bed - swans one day, hearts another - a nice touch. A lovely holiday and I’m sure we will be returning with the rest of our family. Thank you. Room 3307a&b
