Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, various options at main restaurant and sandy beach.

Not many activities and no music by the main pool. If you want to hear some music you must to spend the day by the Olympic pool. The entertainment in the evening wasn’t very attractive especially when they was talking more in Russian than English

We had a fantastic time at the hotel! The staff were always friendly and helpful, the food was delicious with a great variety every day, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Our room was comfortable and clean, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful pool area. The entertainment team did an amazing job keeping everyone happy. We would definitely love to come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect holiday!

It was an absolutely perfect holiday! The staff were extremely attentive and always smiling. Everything the service, facilities, pools, and food was simply excellent. A special thanks to the Guest Relations team for their kindness and helpfulness. We had a truly wonderful and high-quality holiday, and this is definitely a hotel we would choose again. 🌸

We are at the hotel now. I would avoid at all costs. Staff are friendly and work extremely hard. Food is also very good. However what’s not advertised when booking is that the hotel runs conferences. There is an insurance conference on just now which has made the hotel ridiculously busy to the point the staff can’t cope. It took 25 minutes to be served a drink (a conference guest was served twice in that time) and we were unable to get a table at dinner. The conference guests are prioritised over paying guests. They are rude and have taken over. The hotel has potential but this has ruined our holiday. Susesi should not be advertising as a “luxury” resort as it is nowhere near luxury.

We have a wonderful Time next to our assistance Eda from guest relations. She help US daily with program and with taxi and also we have a great experiente with shows and disco tonight. Also we benefit of daily cleaning - 10 points and very good meals and disco club and service AT drinks - 10 points.

We booked this outstanding hotel for my 60th birthday celebrations, following our wonderful stay last year, and boy it did not disappoint. Upon arrival, you feel like a lottery winner, nothing was too much trouble for the guest relations team. We booked our A La Carte restaurants with the team, they explained some were charged, whilst othered were free. We opted for the fish restaurant for my birthday celebrations, which was chargeable, but offered free as a birthday gift from the hotel. Food was beautiful, we had 5/6 courses, restaurant was overlooking the sea and there was an amazing light show. In addition we booked steak house, chargeable, in my opinion, just ok. We also ate at the Indian (free) just beautiful and we also booked the Italian (chargeable) but unfortunately we couldn’t go as my grandson was ill. The main restaurant is outstanding, food and choice are plentiful. Staff are amazing, they are constantly busy, but always have time for a chat. There are 2 snack bars in resort, we preferred the Tuk something (nearer to the beach, where they do pasta) we felt food, service and staff, in particular Yilmaz was outstanding. Shows in the evening are West End worthy! What a treat! We had 2 amazing massages. Everything is this hotel, is high standard and is definitely 5 star. Our room was huge, with 2 sun loungers, chairs and a table on the patio, walked down a couple of steps, to the lazy river. Unfortunately our grandson became ill 2 days before we were due to leave, so we’re unable to fly home as planned. Jet2 rearranged our return flights (at a cost) but would not help with accommodation. Long story short, Susesi was full, so couldn’t accommodate us longer, however Seda, The Guest Relations Manager found us another hotel! Thank you, We will return to this outstanding hotel!

Arrived back from Susesi on Monday after 7 wonderful days at this beautiful hotel. There isn't a thing I could fault if I'm honest, only thing I wish was that we stayed longer. This hotel is huge, spotless & has a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were great and so attentive, never struggled for a bed, no need to get out of bed at the crack of dawn. The drinks are premium spirits, no crappy drinks and if the cocktail isn't on the menu the staff will make it for you regardless. Had a wonderful turkish scrub in the spa on the first day which is always a must for me. Our room was a terrace which went into like a lazy river around the other luxury terrace rooms. The room was beautiful & spotless, the cleaners were wonderful. Honestly if you are thinking of booking.....DO IT.
