Susesi Luxury Resort

Had a wonderful stay at susesi hotel, would highly recommend to anyone that is up for a relaxing stay, staff were amazing and the room was very clean mini bar stocked up everyday. All branded drinks at bar and the food was truly delicious 😋 would definitely come back again. And if you like a sunset it’s truly magical watching the sun go down behind the mountains. Everything in turkey is priced up in euros but will take Turkish lira.

The hotel and staff exceeded all expectations, clean and well presented hotel and facilities. Staff always willing to help and cater for our every need. Ala carte restaurants were great and food was delicious, would definitely recommend this hotel . And chances are will return here again.

Amazing place. Holiday was great. Staff are exceptional and very attentive. Can’t praise them more than staff in the bar and eateries always helpful and have a smile on the face. Thanks to Selenay in reception for being welcoming.

The hotel is nice and has excellent staff. The food and drink is really good, as is the pools and slides, and th bars throughout. I’ve been to other hotels in Turkey and feel there’s a few things missing here that could improve this place - some small and some larger. Some more easy to implement than others. Here’s some of them… 1) - entertainment at night was the biggest loss. There was nothing on the amphitheatre stage on any night of our holiday. All we had was a band, on a small stage, that you can’t view very easily. After dinner it was a bit boring 2) waiters coming around the pool taking orders for drinks. I’ve seen this in other hotels. Sometimes on rollerblades. 3) much better sports bar needed. The one here is just a room with some office furniture. Cmon guys! It needs more. 4) more music around the pool. Make it a bit more lively! I don’t mean really loud and crazy, but create a fun atmosphere at least. It’s dead out there. 5) the kids love animal shapes made by housekeeping with towels, when they come back to the room. This didn’t happen here. Just a small thing, but something not done here. 6) I’ve seen things for kids to do at night at other hotels, like zorbing on the pool, mini boat driving, candy floss machine. None of that here. I’ve seen funfairs at other hotels. Again, nothing like that here. 7) the bowling and amusement machine area needs a refurbishment. The games are old and many broken. The bowling system is very outdated. So all in all it was a good hotel, but it’s not suited to us, so we sadly won’t be back.

We have been travelling to the Belek area with another couple every year for ten years. This was the most disappointing and aggressive welcome I have ever received in any hotel. I have travelled widely. No face cloth to freshen hands or welcome drink on arrival. We were tired after travelling, it was late at night. We asked for an upgrade which we did receive, the room was lovely but, on the ground floor which we feel isn't safe and was too far away from the central hotel. We returned to reception and asked for our original rooms. We were shown to a terrible room. On another floor to our friends. It seemed unkempt and sub standard. Our friends room was as booked. When we returned to reception the Receptionist was very unhelpful saying the hotel was full. We then spoke to the Manager who was aggressive,again stating the hotel was full and he couldn't do anything. Challenging us to solve it. Saying that although we had booked deluxe, all rooms were deluxe.This was a dreadful start to our holiday. Rather than trying to solve the problem for a customer, they seemed intent in turning it into a fight. We had to spend the night in the upgrade room then waste the next day speaking to Reception again in the morning and moving in the afternoon to a room next door to our friends. The food, drink and the rest of the staff were good. Sun beds in fairly good supply. Could have had more pool service and pool bar staff. Good bar service in bar. Cleaners did the bare minimum in rooms, beds fresh and clean, felt floors could have been cleaner. This hotel felt too big, long walk to your room. The hotel seems more geared towards being a conference centre hotel. Would not return or recommend due to the bad attitude of the manager and reception staff. Better hotels in the area.

We absolutely loved our time at the Susesi Resort, everything was absolutely perfect, and we'd definitely like to come back next year! The hotel was excellent, we loved the greenery around the grounds, brilliant facilities, great food and the staff couldn't do enough for you. Great value for money, and everything we wanted from a family holiday with 2 young children. Eda and the team from Guest Relations were very helpful. Thank you to everyone at the Susesi!

Excellent hotel, we had an amazing stay here in late October. We stayed in the triplex room, and other family members had 2 deluxe rooms. Everything was spotless, cleaned daily and fridges restocked (except the top floor but after a note this was sorted). The facilities are great they've thought of everything at this hotel. We never had any issues getting sun loungers on the beach or by the pool. Staff were lovely, so helpful and friendly. A few good tips and you'll be well looked after! The food was absolutely delicious, we've had some of the best food. The buffet was really good, so much variety and the theme nights were fun. Halloween was absolutely brilliant, the attention to detail with the displays and the food was just perfect. We unfortunately couldn't book the free a la carte as it was full every time we tried so we paid to go to the steak restaurant, this wasn't very good, our steaks were cooked incorrectly and we weren't asked at all if we wanted more drinks. Considering we paid a lot of money for this I would recommend sticking with the buffet as it was much nicer. The watersports were great and we loved parasailing. We did a spa day and sit was luxury! The massage, facial and face mask left us feeling so relaxed. It's a must of you go here. I would definitely recommend Susesi, it has everything you need and more. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and welcoming. The location is only a few minutes from Belek by taxi where you'll find a shopping centre and food. I can't fault this place!

We recently visited Susesi Luxury Resort and couldn’t believe our luck! The Royal Suite was nothing short of spectacular, beautiful interior design, stunning view, private pool and luxuriously furnished. The grounds were meticulously maintained, the food was excellent and there was lots to keep the kids entertained. Our boys loved playing football on the huge pitch and then cooling off in the water park. We watched on from the comfort of our private chalet (included in the package) which was pure bliss! We were also lucky enough to have a butler service… a special thank you to Erhan who went over and above every day and made our stay unforgettable! He was an absolute star and a huge asset to the hotel. We will most definitely be coming back and hope we’ll be lucky enough to have him again. We would happily recommend Susesi to anyone looking for a luxury holiday in Turkey. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very nice stay at the Susesi hotel. The room was very spacious and clean! The staff was very friendly and accommodating to every need. Spa is very nice and we loved the indoor pool, that was really nice and warm. We highly recommend this hotel!! Eda thank you very much for everything and your help! Much appreciated!!
