Really good apart from the conference because they kind of took over ,some waiters would always serve them first but there are some really good waiters ,but overall an amazing hotel and experience

We booked this hotel as we were joining another family on their holiday so we didn't have any expectations. As soon as you approach the lobby, you are surrounded by grandness and you treated like a celebrity. We were welcomed in, and immediately taken care of. We had a long journey, lots of delays and the relief to be welcomed in and looked after was absolutely wonderful. There is a huge sense of luxury and comfort. We had some dialogue with the hotel before as my daughter is coeliac, SEN and we had some room requests but nothing was confirmed. The hotel gave us a room with a huge king-size bed and a small single bed overlooking the sea. It was perfect. There are a lot of pools to choose from outside (although the water was very very cold) the beach and a range of warm pools inside as well a a vast range of places to eat. Not everywhere caters for coeliacs but the main restaurant had enough choice for us to eat from. The staff at breakfast are great, although it wasn't always clear initially that you order your drinks from them as we weren't approached the first couple of days, however after we asked for some help the staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. We have travelled a lot, we have stayed in lots of different places but the food in the main restaurant was one of the best. There was a lot of choice at each meal time and it was open for a long period of time so you had enough time. The Halloween event was great as was the evening entertainment. Every day you were sent a WhatsApp message to let you know the timings and things that were going on. The kids club was a little out of the way, which may suit lots of families or couples who don't want to be surrounded by screaming kids all the time, and the pool there is very shaded so a bit too cool for October. The staff don't harass you to join in events and you are left to your own devices to spend your holiday as you wish. There were plenty of sun loungers, plenty of food options and great evening entertainment. The resort is so big that it may be tricky to navigate and we didn't get to explore the resort as much as we would like. I had sciatica so unfortunately my visit was very tricky. I wasn't able to explore as much as I would have liked or stuff my face at every opportunity and drink all the Bev's on offer. At one point I was confined to my room and the main restaurant were kind enough for a plate of food to be sent to me. Another time I was in pain stuck by the beach and wonderful members of staff found me, called their on site doctor and got me safely to my room. Their kindness on that day, and messaging me to check up on me even after I was able to fly home was lovely. The ala carte Italian restaurant was great, so gets a shout out from us, we also tried the Mexican and the Turkish as well. Highly recommend this resort and we hope we are able to visit again and enjoy it fully.

Not much to review on this as everything was perfect. First off, the staff are all an absolute credit to this hotel. We have stayed in 5 star resorts all over the world and 3 other hotels in Antalya and there’s always been at least one person to leave a bad taste in your mouth. But this hotel has highly trained, knowledgeable staff who always have a smile and were always very attentive. Special mentions go to the waiting staff Hasan and Selim, they both went over and above every night we had the pleasure of them waiting on us. Thank you both The hotel itself is amazing. Clean, tidy, well laid out and lots going on. The beach is easily accessible with a great beach bar and again amazing staff to whip up the best cocktails and drinks I’ve had from any hotel. There were also plenty of loungers on the beach and a water sports company where you could purchase jet skiing, banana boat, parasailing etc. The pools were, clean with plenty of loungers. We were just out of season so never had any issues getting the same beds everyday. Just beware that because it was out of season we had a few days where there were a lot of conferences going on (mostly men in suits smoking and drinking at the bars) so may be a bit off putting for some people but never seen or heard any issues but I know some people would feel on edge with groups of men. A special mention needs to go to the catering staff and chefs as the food every night was flawless. Best hotel holiday food I’ve ever had by far. Few themed nights such as Italian, seafood, Japanese which were all themed. Also a very festive Halloween theme which was pretty cool. The only negative I could possibly have to mention would be a couple of the staff didn’t have great English which caused a language barrier but we never had a massive issue with that and being out of season I can understand. I must mention, even with the language barrier the staff were still helpful and tried to resolve any issues with a smile. If we decide to return to turkey again it will definitely be to this hotel as we couldn’t have been treated any better. Absolute stunning hotel with the most incredible staff

This was our 5th visit to this hotel and it certainly delivers in many areas. This time the positives are still the reception area and checking in, all spot on. The rooms are spacious and clean and we'd got a great sea view (at an additional cost) and large balcony. The food remains plentiful and varied choices but the difference was that this year alot of the hot dishes were cold. The 'hot' plates weren't hot. The main issue we felt this year was the number of conference attendees - there must have been over 1500, and this was every day of our 10 day stay. The hotel definitely cater for these above holiday makers, we were the minority. The congress attendees were rude and unlike the British, did not queue in line. Meal times were horrendous and at times the 'holiday makers' struggled to get a table at breakfast, lunch or dinner? Basically the hotel felt like a conference/meeting centre, with a few holiday makers sprinkled in. There should be designated eating area's for the conference so that the holiday makers can feel less stressed about the dining experience

Myself and my wife stayed in the Susesi October this year and our first impression was that this hotel would very much live up to its rating. However that would change when it came to the buffet restaurant, and the bars. The description for the bars states that the hotel has 9 bars. However a number of these bars ( if you can find them) where not up to standard that I would expect. One bar which is at the top of the hotel's only source of music was from a mounted television on full volume. The sports bar was a number of rows of seats with a TV placed in front, and what looked to be a DIY bar in the corner ion order to be able to serve a couple of drinks. Which effectively only left 2 bars the Hayal and Sandal bar. On to the Buffet. My main concern is that a large amount of the food on show had been left over from previous courses, and reheated. This was demonstrated by having brussels sprouts and carrots for breakfast. The food that was presented was not appetising. There was no labelling as to whether the food was suitable for Vegetarians etc. The restaurant was understaffed which led to us having to clear our own table on a number of occasions. An honourable mention must go the Mexican Alacarte. This was obviously a chines restaurant that had been changed to a Mexican by the addition of a few sombreros, and never in my life of eating Mexican food have I seen a LAMB Curry on the menu. I am just pleased that I did not have to pay extra for this experience

Hotel was well positioned in Belek with a reasonable transfer time. Rooms were spacious and well presented. Cleaned daily to an excellent standard with care taken to create swans from towels. We had flowers delivered one day. We used the spa facilities which again were excellent. Bar service very efficient and restaurant meals with too much to choose from. Beach bar a bonus with lovely jetty for walks. Cake shop, on site was also excellent, we only used once as it was too tempting. We used the Mexican Al a carte’ which was a complementary provision. Branded drinks had great quality.

We’re repeat guests at this hotel and have always enjoyed our stays here, so it’s disappointing to say that this visit didn’t live up to previous experiences. We travel extensively throughout Turkey and generally know what to expect, but this time things felt noticeably downgraded — especially when it came to the food. The variety and quality were well below the usual standard. Not a single shrimp appeared on the buffet the entire week, and no smoked salmon at breakfast. It felt like the food offerings were geared more towards the large conference groups staying at the same time rather than regular hotel guests. There’s still a lot of effort put into presentation, but unfortunately, the taste just doesn’t match the appearance. Another small but disappointing change was that the outdoor section of the pool, which used to be heated, was not heated this time. And as returning guests, we were surprised not to receive even a small welcome or bottle of wine in the room. On the positive side, the hotel remains immaculately clean, and the staff are genuinely lovely — friendly, helpful, and always professional. Even though there was a massive conference happening during our stay, it didn’t disturb us at all, which we appreciated. Overall, while we still like this hotel and its team, the drop in food quality and small touches that made it feel special were disappointing. We really hope management takes note and brings back the standards that made us want to return in the first place.

Family vacation was ruined totaly. We ordered stay here few weeks ago before famiky vacagion. After arriving there was no people for one/two days, but after we saw (and still see) people in blac arriving w/o any syop. Full hotel of people who came here for ortopedic congress (we was not informed before buyg this vacation in this hotel). So now we are ones of few famykies who stays here for vacation, rest few thousands are visitors for congress. Hotel dont let us leave them, so we staying here. Compare pictures of people near by pools and... Guest relations was triing to explain that this is "winter" and because of that no people, but in reality all rooms long long time ago was booked for this congress, and we were lucky - somehow we appeared here when no standard people, only congres visitors. Hotel not bad, but our stay here ruined only because of this cingres, no iformation before buying the trip, no money back!

The stuff is brilliant, friendly and gentle. Just one thing, it would be better to improve english level. But they made a magic atmosphere. The room is large and bright. The animation programs also good. Food is excellent, despite my wise is vegetarian, we always find something new and it was delicious. The guest relations team was outstanding -they always helped us with any questions we had. We also want to thank you Aijan for her promptness, great assistance. We will come back!

We really liked the hotel. We’ve been herę before, and this time we came with our friends. We enjoyed everything very much. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. Our children felt comfortable, and we also has a great time. Many thanks to Aijan from guest relations, she was nice and always help us. We will come back!
