We celebrated New Year’s Eve at the hotel on an all-inclusive basis, and the experience was truly unique. Everything was perfectly organized, the food was delicious and varied, and the festive atmosphere was unforgettable. Every detail was well taken care of, and we felt truly welcome throughout our stay. Special thanks to Selenay from the reception, who was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely visit this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable holiday experience.

Selenay from the guests relationships team was always there for us. She helped us book a table for the new year's evening, she helped us with the communication with the hotel and... she was there when we were checking out, wishing us a safe flight and making sure we had a great time and will come back again.

The hotel is very good. We have a great holiday. Room was clean and well served. The food was very tasty and fresh. All was good. Selenay on guest reception desk was very friendly and supportive to us. Thank you.

I really liked the food, decorations and especially the new years party. The pool was great and the beach too, i paid a lot but it was all worth it!

Well what can I say except … WOW . From the moment we arrived with the ladies meet and greet at reception to leaving the whole holiday experience was wonderful. The staff when we arrived were more than helpful explaining everything I e . Where everything was … although it always takes a day to “ find your feet” so check in was easy . Our room was excellent large roomy Very clean every ing explained . The mini bar if you needed it was topped up every day but with all incl it wasn’t needed for us . The facilities were fantastic the outdoor from obviously the pools . The water slides . Even grandad 74 went down them .Table tennis , darts, football. And much much more , It was in a fantastic location on the beach plenty of sun beds on and off the beach .the staff here are marvellous they couldn’t do enough from the cleaners, bar staff. Waiters , I really can’t fault the commitment to making sure you have a wonderful stay. If I have one gripe. Although there was more than enough food sometimes it was warm . The amount of choice was crazy too much choice .Themed nights .We tried the Italian one evening . It was superb , there are shops along a walkway to the many pools and beach where you can have everything from shopping to hair braiding . The shows on the evenings again excellent sadly two nights rain so the outdoor theatre couldn’t go ahead , but the other evenings were great . If you wanted to go into the town or market sit was a taxi ride but not expensive. This was our first time in Turkey, we went with our son daughter in law and 11& 14 year old grandsons . We also met another family of friends who were staying with theirchildren 6,12,14 who had a great stay like us . Our son had an upgrade to his accommodation a triplex house 3 beds on three floors absolutely huge The same high quality. I really can’t praise this hotel enough after being apprehensive about going we will definitely go back a great time was had by all . For a multi generational holiday this hotel has it all from fabulous staff. To fabulous facilities.welldone Susesi. By the way the cocktails were amazing. Even if I had to come back on my own I will be back but we are all looking to 2026. Thankyou for the holiday I won’t forget.

We recently stayed at this hotel and was very impressed overall. Pros: The customer service was exceptional. From check-in to check-out, the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with requests. The guest relations team was especially helpful when we needed items such as irons or other small conveniences in our room. The rooms were consistently clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment throughout our stay. There was plenty to do on-site, with a wide variety of daily activities for all ages. Entertainment was offered every other night, including live shows and themed events, which kept the atmosphere lively and fun. Families and couples alike would find plenty of ways to enjoy their time without needing to leave the hotel. Cons: While the all-inclusive food was included in the price, it was not the best and was often served lukewarm, which was disappointing. Additionally, many activities and amenities were not covered by the all-inclusive package. For example, bowling, SPA, arcade games, and some other recreational options required extra payment. This can add up, especially for families with children wanting to participate in everything. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for those who value excellent service, clean accommodations, and lively entertainment, but guests should be aware that food quality can be hit or miss and that extra costs for certain activities may apply.
