A lovely hotel. Staff can't do enough for you. Great drinks food. Entertainment is excellent. Excellent waiter at the bar with the entertainment (so sorry we didn't get his name). Eda and Selenay couldn't do enough for us. Lovely stay.

Hotel resort as expected,we went same time last year.all good apart from food being repatative.staff and rooms fantastic.please tip your waiters,mini fridge man, chambermaids.etc.cannot fault anything really.hotel was full but still a quiet environment. Would still recommend this hotel.

Mixed review :50/50 however Impressed with the family duplex rooms, so much space and cleaned daily. The swim up pools are not worth paying extra for as they are freezing. All the pools in the hotel outside are freezing . Always plenty of sunbeds available . Beach is not very picturesque it’s like muddy sand with stones. Nothing around the hotel to venture out to Belek town not so great its just tacky shops . Food not the best here very bland However glad they have the pool bar as they do decent pasta meals and chicken and chips. The buffet is not good at all and very busy especially with people who are on conference they take over the hotel and have priority. Definitely not a 5* more a 3-4* wouldn’t recommend. Excellent holiday hotel was wonderful, room spacious, bed huge & comfortable.. even changed my pillow for softer one at my request. Food excellent, extensive choice in main buffet, snack bars great & Al a carte choices. Drinks all branded & mini bar stocked daily. Huge place plenty of sun loungers. Staff very helpful & friendly. Our only grumble would be beach could do with rehash or furniture. We would 100% go back room 2421 5/10 10nights

Just back from a ten night stay at Sussei Resort. Overall our stay was amazing. All bar staff, restaurant staff and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The entertainment at night was of a good standard. In the restaurant they do theme nights which allows a variety of different foods sometimes it could get quite busy though. We did use one of the a la carte restaurants on site and the food was amazing would recommend the Tugra restaurant. On arrival it was late at night so were checked in by reception. Due to the time of arrival there were no guest relations staff on duty to explain all info to us so we had to find this out for ourself the following morning so we do feel that we missed out on this. The service should be the same no matter time of arrival.

Very nice territory, amenities, service, WhatsApp support, variety of food, spa, evening shows, entertainment, vitamin bar with fresh juice, pilates and yoga, seaside view, close to Belek (taxi 7 eur there).

The beach and sunbeds are a bit dirty, with many stones when entering the sea. Super loud music at night until 12-2 am (so if your room is facing the sea, you might hear everything clearly). Sometimes it took time to receive drinks in the dining area.

It was my 4th holiday at Susesy (2008, 2010, 2116 and September 2025), and was may be the last one – I am still “chewing” the experience and I am still not convinced to return once more. An overview of the sejour: Arrival & welcome we have arrived around 11:00 and one lady (with very poor English knowledge) assisted us from the entrance. Despite the well-prepared corner with water, lemonades and sweets situated in opposite of the main entrance, she didn’t offer anything. She took our passports and informed us the room will be ready at 14:00. When returning at 14:00 and asked about the room she told us to wait with no other explanations. Around 14:45 we have approached another hostess who requested again our passports – no result. Long story short – we have managed to get the room around 15:00 after approaching the third lady (Seleny if I remember correctly) – who was by the way the best employee you have. Room Even though we have requested a double room with 2 beds, we have received a room 2 twin beds and one extra bed with only a sheet on it. Most probably the room was not yet ready for the new guests. Furthermore, the view from the room was horrible – in front of the balcony there was an industrial building; additionally, there was a piece of unfinished concrete on one side of the balcony. We have politely requested another room and, with the assistance as Seleny we received one with pool access. The room was bigger and the balcony as well –even though this room is not in the main building we have appreciated the upgrade. Still, the minibar was not working and they couldn’t manage to fix it during our stay (they have removed the glass door of the fridge but with no success), the water in the shower had no pressure – problem solved in the next day. On the third morning some water started to fall from the wooden roof of the balcony. By the way, the balcony was cleaned only twice in nine days. All in all, the experience with the room was not a 5* experience – may be a 3*. Food As always – not spectacular, may be a bit bland for 9 days, but you definitely have choices Staff Once again Seleny from the arrival hall – friendly and helpful; despite the comments I have seen on trip advisor, the staff from the main restaurant was also helpful and very attentive to the customer needs; even the ones with poor English managed to satisfy all customers’ requests. Despite the above, I might come back for the pools (outdoor & indoor), the SPA & fitness club, the outdoor armchairs next to the reception bar where you can have a good Lynchburg lemonade, for guzleme and for the sea. May be in the future the bad experience with the arrival service & room will be less intense and all other pros will overlap.

A lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean with friendly staff. Very good food choice in the buffet restaurant. The patisserie was heaven. The choice of drinks was excellent. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of storage space. Good shower and clean towels every day.
