The hotel itself is lovely and very clean. It also has a really good feel to it. The food is also excellent. The area round it is a bit scrubby so it is worth a walk to get to better areas. I would recommend the hotel highly and we intend to go back for New Year

Lovely quiet hotel. Warm welcome at reception. Room ready early, welcome drink and offered free late check out. Rooms decorated to high standard and v quiet. Huge bathroom Good breakfast Cosy bar Great location, close to pier, the Lanes and Brighton Centre

"Great if you get a cool room "

Lovely hotel and service however my room was BOILING even with air con, they provided a fan but didnt really help unfortunatley. Scaffolding over patio currently
