Staff are very welcoming, attentive to all the queries and request. Front desk are friendly and services are exceptional.

Housekeeping needs improvements, specially checking the amenities in the room and bathroom. And please change the Bathmat when its wet. For the front desk please don't end the call before the guest does.

Very accommodating staff and the food from their restaurant was good, they help us to look for a hospital nearby when our kid was not well.

Everything is good except we have seen two cockroaches from one of our room we have stayed, not a big deal but something that we didn't expect.

We love Iiked the pool and overall facility and staff

We reserve a room with breakfast for 2 adults and a 10yr old. When we got to the property we were told that we had to pay extra per day for my child. Normally when you reserve a room with breakfast its for the guest in the room. It was a requirement to tell number of people in the room. Not sure why we weren't told that upfront. We would never order food for us and our child not!!!

L'hôtel rien à dire, tout est fait pour passé un moment super agréable..

Pas de restaurant à côté dommage, le dédommagement contenu de la piscine fermé pas bien expliqué vraiment dommage. Notre fenêtre de chambre donne directement sur les réseaux de l hôtel à côté..pas top
