Salt restaurant is too expensive. Be prepared to eat out for lunch or dinner during your stay.

The place was nice. I love the pool facing the beach.

It was weekend and there are many guests checking in but only 1 front desk was there to accommodate the guests. Next, Staff in Salt resto wasn’t very accommodating, others were very busy delivering the order but some are just standees. Maybe they are tired, however, it is part of their job to accommodate or assists the guests. I need to approach them for us to be accommodated. I was not expecting because the first time i visited the place the staffs are welcoming. The Wifi connection was also no good and there were few times power outage.

The waiters are super attentive. The trainees: Alejandro Codilla and Cliford are very kind. The Chef of SALT is the best of all. I have tried so many hotels and resorts, but your chef is one of a kind - the BEST!!!

If you want the perfect way to ruin your vacation, go to Be Resort. I booked a one-night stay (04–05) for my cousin and to my two kids. The inclusions mentioned a complimentary shared shuttle service (pick-up and drop-off). Don’t be fooled by this “complimentary” service—it is very misleading information on their website. After completing the reservation, I asked my son to contact the resort to arrange the shuttle. It was the first time I’ve ever heard that a “complimentary” service actually requires payment—they asked for 800 PHP. Despite sending email complaints, they did not respond or provide any explanation as to why a complimentary service needs to be paid. I was both disappointed and frustrated. My son kept calling the contact numbers listed on their website, but they were either out of service, unattended, or he was transferred from one department to another. At one point, a staff member even told him to call back because the supervisor was busy. Seriously—is this the level of service at Be Resort? The resort should conduct proper training for their staff, especially regarding misleading advertisements and how to handle guests professionally. Since there was no proper response from Be Resort, I told them to just book a Grab instead and raise the concern again at the reception. The funny part? When they asked at the front desk, the staff simply said their transportation service was “broken.”

The lady at the reception and the staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. The room is modern and nice looking. The beach was ok.

Room smelled moldy, no mold was visible though. Bed sheet was stained. The booking was for 2 adults and 2 children, one male member of housekeeping refused several times to provide small water bottles and towels for 4 persons and tried to charge for a stained towel. Apparently the towel got a stain when it was left near the window. I had the impression that it was this particular male staff's revenge for asking 2 additional water bottles. The same staff member repeatedly rolled his eyes, according to my partner. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, as tables were not assigned. Several guests kept large tables occupied for more than an hour until the rest of their families arrived.

The hotel is cozy and clean and has a homey fell to it. Food is great and service is very good.

A truly refreshing and memorable stay away from the city. The serene location, relaxing atmosphere, and well-maintained amenities made it a perfect getaway. Rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. A few minor refinements—particularly with the holders for the shampoo, bath gel, and conditioner, as well as the toilet seat cover—could further elevate the property’s already impressive standards. The level of service was exceptional. The staff were warm, courteous, and consistently approachable, creating a welcoming environment throughout our visit. We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to Sir Vizmindo from the Deck Restaurant—his attentiveness and excellent service truly stood out and made our stay even more special. Breakfast at Salt Restaurant was excellent, with a wide selection of delicious options. We look forward to returning for another relaxing stay. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality! ♡ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
