Our room was large, it had everything we needed in it, was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel has it's own carpark that is free for guests (bonus), a lift, several dining rooms and sitting rooms, free wifi and is so close to the beach and shops/restaurants. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and all of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The restaurant was closed during our stay but staff recomended several restaurants and gave us a map to get to them!!

Good position close to the seafront. Large comfortable room.

Our car was blocked in in the car park (unfortunately there's not enough parking anywhere in Eastbourne) Anyway, the staff were very quick to locate the driver and ask them to move.

The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Parking was free. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Had an issue with fixtures in the bathroom but reported them and they were fixed. TV also only received a few channels but this was due to be rectified asap.
