The room was clean. Locations for access to shopping and dining was pretty good.

Elevators sounded like they were dying, hotel is tired and worn. Breakfast was comprehensive but lukewarm and eggs were rubbery. Parking lot was dirty and homeless people yelling at guests was a big negative.

the included breakfast was very good and served by attentive staff needed assistance with tv and remotes and this person was very patient and helpful

the complexity of using the tv is a very significant issue and would prevent us from booking with this hotel again and this is true for other hotels too
