Breakfast was excellent. Staff was first rate

We had a family suite with a walk in shower. Shower pan was extremely slippery as was the tile floor in the bathroom when it had a bit of water on it. We ended up putting towels on the floor as the floor is a definite hazard even for able bodies people. My wife has physical challenges and we ended up getting a shower mat from the front desk in addition to a shower bench. There is only 1 handicapped room which could not accommodate all three of us. The toilet in the handicapped room is also of a low variety. This was confirmed by the front desk staff. I ended up purchasing a riser to raise the level. It may seen like a petty issue but I have a double hip replacement in addition to a knee replacements and low seating makes it very difficult to get up from a seated position. My wifer requires a cane for mobility and has the same issue with low seating.

The staff to include the font desk ,maids, and restaurant servers for breakfast and dinner were absolutely amazing ,helpful ,courteous and smiley. It is rare to find such fantastic hospitality from the ENTIRE staff. My friend had the best loaded nochos of his life!!!! The room was very clean ,bed very comfortable. staying at this hotel i feel I received exceptional value for my stay and would recommend it to anyone coming to Grande Prairie Only wish i knew the names of those staff

The room was very nice and comfortable, quiet. The bed was very cozy.

Put more/better lights in the room. The bathroom was very dark as was the main area. Old people like more light to see. Up the wattage in the bulbs. In that big bathroom, a light over the tub, shower and sink necessary. A couple more handicap parking spots would be appreciated. You have just 2. There were 3 of us trying to cram in there as other parking availability was far away.

Restaurant food and service great, front desk check in and out great

The room wasnt as I had expected after staying there numerous times in the past. The room wasnt clean, the bathroom toilet had yellow stains in the bowel that slowly started to go away with flushing, the walls to right and in front of toilet were dirty. Dripping marks. Standing in the bathroom looking into room the TV had all smear marks all over it, on mirror and dresser housing fridge. Also the head board for bed had grease and oil smears from hands or where people's heads would lay. The bed sheets smelled old it wasnt clean and fresh. It was disappointing as normally this hotel is great, someone is not doing there job.

I am allergic to animals and always request a pet free floor when checking in . I was extremely upset to see a dog on the third floor this weekend as it was supposed to be a PET FREE FLOOR. Staff were apologetic but did not seem very concened. Not sure why my health is put at risk for a dog. I will never be back to this hotel

The free breakfast was amazing
