"The most pleasant stopover during a two-week tour of the south coast of England."

"Fabulous guest house with great hosts"

The hosts were very friendly and professional . Breakfast was fabulous . Nice touch to have complimentary tea, coffee biscuits and little chocolate in the room . Good location close to seafront .

"Great Hospitality Good cosy stay"

The accomodation was spotless , clean without that strong smell of frangrance , owner was very gentle and cares about the guests. Great breakfast as well.

No lift for older people otherwise nothing to add.
