"Good value for a one nighter,"

Peaceful with lovely wildlife in grounds.…refreshments in room.

Really noisy floor in annexe bedroom. Felt like an old style B&B but it’s quirkiness made up for any downside.

Beautiful house and room. View of garden lovely. Really comfy bed. Car very secure behind electric gates. Owners were nice

"An oasis in the city."

The room was wonderfully clean and well decorated it was large and very comfortable with large leather chairs blankets were provided if you didn’t want the heat of the quilt. The room overlooked impeccable gardens. It was very quiet.

If breakfast had been provided although it was made clear there was no food on booking and the restaurant next door is accessible for this.
