Room was nice and warm, fridge and kettle in room with milk, tea and coffee . Fresh towels on each bed. Room was comfortable.

The only issue was for some reason the toilet aren't been flushed on our arrival, which seemed odd as everything else was fine. However there was a strong smell of wee from toilet not being flushed.

"Comfortable, quiet and well located."

Got room only. The guest house was well situated. Close to the beach and only a short easy walk into the town centre. Room was clean with all necessary facilities to suit my needs. Staff friendly and informative.

Nothing to complain about. Room suited my expectations and access to the building was straight forward as was checking in. Premises itself was easy to find and in a quiet area.

Did what it said on the tin, good old fashioned guesthouse. Great host.

A breakfast option would have been nice but the host directed us to a fantastic place about 200 yards away.
