"OK for the one night we stayed."

Breakfast N/A. Room had all the basics needed we only stayed for one night. Comfortable bed, tea, coffee etc. Just no fridge for a longer stay. Short 10/15 minutes walk to town centre and beach.

Road running past guest house quite busy no problem for us but a light sleeper may have issues (earplugs supplied in room). For some reason we had no option for selecting breakfast when booking so came up as room only no meal option for this room, no mention of breakfast anywhere didn't realise it was available till leaving, too late then. Would have been nice to have just got up and eat instead of trying to find somewhere on the way home.

"Perfect little stay"

I appreciate the size of the room, the friendly welcome and very comfortable bed . The location is brilliant with the park just 5 minutes walk away aswell as the few bars/cafes just a few minutes away. The beach isn't far either ! The free Internet also went down a treat! Car parking wasn't too muck trouble

Our room was rather warm, we ended up leaving the fan on most of the night because we couldn't leave the window open as the road was busy even late at night . I would suggest maybe a mini fridge could improve someone's experience to keep refreshments in.

We cam to Scarborough for the day and surprised the kids with a night booked here, very lovely gentleman greeted us friendly and polite. A parking disc was ready for us to collect on arrival. The kids loved the room right at the top! Perfect for what we needed.

Nothing it was just perfect!
