"Perfect location warm friendly and helpful host good value for money"

The location was perfect for the open air theatre (I left my phone charger in the room and the host posted it back to me I was very greatful )

That breakfast wasn't offered when booking

"Outside noise is a huge issue"

Clean room

It’s very noisy. From the creaking floor boards, thin walls and the main thing- the gulls outside! The outside noise is basically impossible to sleep through. They ‘sing’ from maybe 5am or earlier so good luck with that

"Comfortable and relaxing stay"

Spacious, clean, airy room in a quiet property. Location very close to a lovely park with numerous wildfowl. Excellent nearby bus links to other local places of interest. Pleasant host at check in / check out.

Everything fine other than difficult to cool / adjust shower water temperature - a bit too hot for me !
