Novotel Nha Trang

The Novotel was awesome, a very comfortable bed after a whole day walking around and seeing the sights. Starting out with the breakfast team in the restaurant, the F & B manager Mrs Tu and restaurant manager Mrs Thanh who catered to our every need and ensured I had enough gluten free options as I am coeliac and that we were happy with our meal selections. And a very special mention to two girls Ms Huong (captain) and Linh Truc who also ensured we were well looked after. Property is older but is well maintained

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel and we really appreciated a lot. The communication by email (to arrange transfer from airport to hotel) was efficiënt, with very fast reply. The welcome was warm and check in was fast. We had a spacious room, beautiful view over the sea and the promenade. The breakfast is really good, with welcoming and helpful staff. Mrs Min was very friendly, with a nice talk every morning. Lots of choices in warm and cold good, fruits, etc. The staff at reception are really helpful. We can recommend this hotel without any worries 😀

Unfortunately properties can be ruined by their guests. Vultures in the breakfast lounge stuffing bags with food fruits whatever they could walk out with Booked seafood night. Omg coaches pulling up with hungry blinkered people who had an hour to eat then back on the coach. They could eat

We had buffet dinner at The Square restaurant 2 times, so really fantastic , everything, delicious food, excellent service from Tu, F&b manager, Thanh_ the restaurant manager Truc Linh at the counter We love Novotel♥️

Very nice hotel. Great restaurant, gym, pool, location. Excellent service. Thanh and restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

Thanh at the restaurant is the manager and she and her staff provided excellent service. We had the seafood and breakfast buffet there . She goes over and beyond to bring our food to us, make us Vietnamese coffee and other drinks to try. The food is excellent with a wide variety for all. There are non seafood options at the seafood buffet as well so all can enjoy
