Grange Hotel

This was our return visit as before it was excellent. We even got the same room, the refurbishment was great but it was a windy night and the window in the bedroom was banging. Evening bar meal was great and the service 5*. Breakfast was terrible, there was a coach tour and they were obviously priority!. Seated and went to get some toast, no butter, I was given 2 frozen scraps and would not even spread on the now cold toast. Tea and coffee was brought and no milk, went to find a jug, none. Finally got some, then there was no orange juice, it just got better and better. The actual Breakfast was enjoyed though. Shame about the service this time as previously it has been amazing.

The facilities were lovely, hotel in general, exceptionally clean, modernised. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Great location, less than 5 minutes to the promenade. Liked that it was on the end of town, away from hustle and hustle. Bathroom and bedroom cleaned to the highest standard. Was given free upgrade to family size room, which was very nice of the hotel - lots of space! Would recommend stay 🥰

The room was very warm, I'm aware that the building would take a while to cool down after a period of hot weather, there was a fan in the room but wasn't enough. Just to say really , that if you are staying when warm weather, ask for more than one fan, for such a large room. (The room was sheltered from the breeze outside and situated at the right back corner). I would like to say that this is just something bear in mind, no issues at all otherwise, as this is out of the hotels control- beautifully restored building and excellent staff.

The location was perfect. The hotel itself is outstanding. From arrival to reception to check-in Jo-Ann was absolutely amazing and nothing was too much trouble.The rooms were spacious, one of them being for disabled access, were very clean and really comfortable beds.The food and drinks were perfect. The bar staff, Chloe and young Joe were fab and the cocktails were amazing! The grounds are so well maintained with plenty of seating outdoors. Can't wait to go back! Definitely 5🌟 from myself, my wife and my Mother.

Beautiful. Every room decorated immaculately. Breakfast and food were lovely . Dogs made very welcomed too. Highly recommend

Beautifully decorated in all the main areas and the room was gorgeous. The colours and art deco design were stunning

The leisure facilities really need to be modernised so hope that’s on the list to bring in line with the rest of the hotel.

A lovely situated hotel. All staff extremely professional, attentive and helpful. Dinner quality excellent. Breakfast good but fruit and fruit juice disappointing. Room ok but would have expected a fridge and safe in a superior room. Outside doors need refurbishment. Paintwork on outside of doors a mess and flaking off. Although cameras in the pool area no discipline. Children well under the age of 16 were using the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. All in all will stay again but in a better room.
