Gorgeous rooms, great pool space, lovely staff

Parking can be difficult

Amazing !! We had our wedding on the 23/5/26. The venue, food , staff are out of this world . Our day was perfect . Nothing was to Much trouble . The bridal suite is beautiful. Staff at the Grange especially Katie Hawson Sharon Kamil Made our day so special . The Grange are lucky to have them. If you thinking of having a wedding go and have a look . Everything is beautiful , clean and just out of this world .

Was to be a special birthday treat for my wife. Room we were given at first, had no proper ventilation apart from Juliet windows that looked across a corridor to other rooms, so couldn't open at nights for privacy, TV not working and heater was stone cold. Someone came, but couldn't fix anything, so we had to re pack and moved to another room which did have windows but looked out onto rubbish skips and room looked like it had been thrown together as it was only one left (so they said). We had the buffet breakfast first morning which was poor quality products, some of which weren't being refilled. On second morning, we opted for an upgraded breakfast from special menu, I ordered poached fish and my wife, toast and avocado, my wife's arrived after 10 minutes, but mine did not appear until I prompted a staff member after another 20 mins wait. When it did arrive, it was completely cold. I just asked them to take it away and not to bother doing another,we just wanted out by this time. The waitress said she would not charge for mine, but as my wife had started hers, she would be charged, which the on duty manager later waived. We expect breakfast at same time, but my wife's went cold as well as she waited on mine to come. Overall, a terrible experience. The 2 nights stay was not budget or exactly cheap and this is first time I've ever left such a negative review, but, hopefully, on receiving this, future guest will benefit if these issues are addressed . We could not even get hold of someone in authority to discuss our grievances with.

Another Amazing stay at the gorgeous Grange! Beautiful room, with a fabulous view, the staff can not do enough for us, so friendly and inviting, it’s like our second home we got Married here 9 years ago and return every year because we love it, highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay. The staff were lovely, the hotel was clean and we'll maintained. The breakfast was good, and we would definitely stay again.

The hotel has so much potential. Some areas of the hotel were old fashioned, tired and in desperate need of repurpose and update. Eg .. Library area.. spa and pool.

The room we were put in was a good size and it had everything you would expect for this kind of hotel but the reason we give a 3 out of 10 was the room was an attic room. The toilet area was the same. Not a good match when you spend a bank holiday at the races drinking alot of alcohol. We must of hit our heads on the roof so many times.
