AUA decent water pressure suitable for a thorough hair washing! Nice big rooms. Breakfast can be enjoyed under the frangipani tree. Nice pool & huge hotel grounds. Central location to the city sights. All the staff are friendly & speak English.
It has been a good experience with our stay at The plaza hotel.Everything was fine ,the staff did a good job and did their best to please us and made our stay enjoyable.Definitely,we Will comeback and Will recommend it to our friends and family.

USTwo weeks ago I visited Port au Prince for business and as in the past, I spent a week at the Le Plaza hotel. The rooms continue to improve with every visit and the employees are wonderful. I would like to particularly like to commend James at the front desk who has become a true "problem solver". Food is great and beer is cold. I very much enjoy my stays there. Bill Stewart
USWe were there for three nights and this hotel was the best value and the staff was helpful, especially a girl named Rose. The hotel room was comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. The pool was nice by the decor. The only drawback, there are a lot of beggars at the main entrance who were harassing us by asking for money. Otherwise, it is a nice place for a pleasant stay.
USWe've stayed in several places in Port-au-Prince, and we love discovering new ones! Le Plaza Hotel is one that most people eventually spend time at. The staff takes exceptional care of you, the pool is relaxing, the vegetation make this tiny property a true oasis in the heart of the city, and the restaurant is a good place to grab a bit to eat. The rooms themselves were nice for a Caribbean hotel, but not for a more chain-like stay. The air-conditioning was less than adequate, the television didn't work, wifi was pretty low-quality and mosquitoes pounded us all day and night. Room service was great, the beds were comfortable and the balcony was a nice touch. All in all, this is a good hotel, but don't expect all the amenities you'd expect elsewhere.
It is an oasis in the middle of Champ de Mars Avenue, inside it, there are palm trees, plants, and abundant shade, something very important, given the heat of Port au Prince. The breakfast buffet is correct, included in the price of the room. Staff are very attentive and polite. The Kanele restaurant is good although somewhat pricey.
USAfter 8 hectic days of travel in heat, humidity and without A/C or hot water, this oasis in the city was marvelous! An ice cold beer, in an equally iced mug, was a great way to start the visit. Room was well equipped and comfortable. Staff were great. Restaurant food best we had in Haiti.
Was great always a great place to stay right in the middle of everything.
