Check in was fast and the receptionist was very accommodating. The entrance is beautiful and the whole place is well taken care of. The only bad is the bathrooms need updating. Time to remodel these moldy bathrooms. Breakfast was remarkable and the servers were awesome (celiriny and rony) the afternoon buffet was pricey but a great selection I enjoyed my stay. The staff is really nice. Will def be back
USI recently stayed at the Le Plaza Hotel for about the 8th or 9th time. It consistently delivers great service. It is the staff that make this hotel different, they are very friendly and helpful. The food is great! I will be returning to Haiti in about four months and will definitely be staying here. Bill Stewart
Nice hotel for Port Au Prince. Staff was friendly and attentive. Pool was in a nice garden setting. Air conditioner was a bit loud but cooled well. WiFi worked well in first floor rooms. Had a bit of trouble getting my door key card to work but staff took care of it promptly. Room was quiet and clean.
USThe Plaza really showcases the best P Au P Haiti has to offer. There were great amenities, including a wonderful pool. I really enjoyed the restaurant as well, and great staff! The hotel is not far from a lot of historic landmarks in the capital. The hotel is walking distance from the Mupanah (Musee du Pantheon National Haitien), which is a must visit!
The pool was excellent - the Plaza's best feature. Very nice to have my breakfast eggs cooked to order too. To improve? The air conditioning unit in my room (108B) was VERY noisy. I couldn't watch TV & use the A.C. at the same time! Impossible to sleep with the A.C. turned on too. Also, there was a very odd, large rust stain around the bathtub drain that was VERY un-sightly. The shower itself was great ie. hot water & very good pressure. Hard to beat the Plaza's location but boy or boy does the front of the hotel building outside need to be improved! It's dreadful! You can't even tell it's a hotel!
The service is excellent. Everyone is ready and willing to help.
USThis is my third time stay at Le Plaza Hotel, I honestly have to say this place is amazing the staff treated me like family, hey are friendly, kind, and professional, even the secuity officers are extremely kind and very welcoming, took time time to have small conversation making me feel at ease. I appreciated management for a wonderful place. Evry time I stayed there I enjoyed my stay, the food is great, the room is very confortable and evrything works, I had no problems whatsoever. GREAT JOB! I like to thank Lukenson and all kitchen staff for their help and ensure me my family had a wonderful stay.
I like the location, not too far away, it was easier for my friends and family to visit me. You feel safe and secure even the hotel is located in area with heavy traffic ( cars and people ). The staff is courteous.
The staff was wonderful,great food only downside was my room location,didn't like that I was on the 3rd floor all the way to the end, terrible window view,was looking at the roof of a building but will return to LePlaza enjoyed my stay
I had a very good stay and looking forward to go back.
