First time staying at this hotel and definitely exceeded our expectations. We're a family of six and we booked a 2 bedroom suite. The room is clean and spacious. We were comfortable. The staff is friendly. We plan to stay here again on our next vacation.

Stayed for few days in Astoria 2 BR suite with family. The suite is quite spacious and comfortable and clean. The entire staff were all very courteous and welcoming. SPECIAL THANKS to the hotel manager MS. BON for quickly resolving the booking misunderstanding with Expedia. She truly heard and promptly resolved our concern and even gave us rice cake “bibingka” on our last day! Will definitely come back and recommend this place to family and friends!

"Great Place to stay when in Ortigas"

Such a clean hotel. Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Food is amazing at Cafe Astoria (dine in buffet and room service). The hotel can use some updating in some aspects like the hallways in each floors, it is hot and poor lighting. The room is very clean and well kept. Needs improvement in lighting as the room looked dark with poor lighting.
