"Old but gold!"

"Relaxing experience"

Very accommodating staff with excellent service. Daveson Sabando has been very nice , helpful and kind. he has been guiding us almost everyday. The room was spacious and clean with beautiful view. I was able to request late check out easily too. Convenient location.

"Great stay!"

Our stay was great, no hassles in checking in and checking out. Clean was room and staff was very accommodating. Just one feedback, would be nice to ask hotel guests for feedback upon checkout instead of calling an hour before checkout.

"Will definitely book again!"

Astoria is my go-to hotel when I need a staycation. Aside from its good location, I choose it because of excellent customer service. There were small issues sometimes but they proactively address right away. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Buffet breakfast is also delicious. I will always choose Astoria. 😍

"Excellent"

Overall, this was a good property. The staff were excellent—friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the hotel is located in a very busy area, which made traffic quite challenging most of the time.
