"Spacious Upgrade and Excellent"

We were upgraded to a two-bedroom suite which was lovely — very clean, cool, and with a homely feel. The bed was comfortable, and the room was hygienic and well maintained. Room service was prompt and efficient, with staff who were friendly and attentive. The restaurant had a stricter dress code than we expected, which may be cultural, as in Europe this is less common. While it wasn’t a major issue, a slightly more relaxed approach for hotel guests would have been appreciated.
