Harrogate Country B&B

It was a working horse riding center,staff were very helpful and friendly, room was clean and comfortable, dinning area was basic.a nice area close to Harrogate

A halfway mark / stop-off on a journey from South Wales to North Scotland. It really is out of the way of the main roads and towns but it is a working horse centre so they have lots of greenery surrounding the place as well as paddocks and stables. Very fair pricing and a comfortable experience but a chain hotel this is not.

Accomodation fine, alongside a working Stables. But their WiFi did *not work*, unless one was expert enough to (a) detect where the signal was strong enough and (b) able to 'logon' to the admin system to "get through" their *second level* of connection.

Lovely and quiet location.

This was for a night away and was just what we required. The room was simply furnished but clean and warm and the bed was very comfy.

Only electricity in room that worked was the ceiling light!

Ideal for getting your head down if travelling through. Well priced, friendly staff.

FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF

This was a good . family run place (even better if you are a horse lover) the room was a good size, with a comfortable bed. breakfast was good, not as per a hotel but very good and homely

Great location in the middle of nowhere. Very soft bed - in fact it had the wrong size matteress on it ! Not that impressed with the breakfast. Only hot item was eggs and not even fruit juice.
